BillsDeck provides software tools for expense tracking, document management, integrations, budget controls, reporting, reimbursement workflows, and related services. Services may be updated, enhanced, or modified over time at our discretion.

We may also offer different tiers of Services, including free and paid subscription plans.

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information if it changes.
• Only use your account for lawful, commercial, or business purposes.

By registering an account, you authorize BillsDeck to process and verify your information, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. This includes:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Not sharing your credentials with unauthorized third parties.

BillsDeck is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your account.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to others’ accounts or systems.
• Disrupt, interfere with, or degrade the integrity of BillsDeck’s systems.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Services.

Violation of these rules may result in suspended access or termination of your account.

Certain Services require payment of fees and subscription charges. By selecting a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
• Billing occurs according to the subscription cycle you choose.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

We may change pricing or fees with prior notice. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new pricing.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any Service (or part thereof) at any time.
• Change these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, and other intellectual property associated with BillsDeck are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business purposes only.

You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. BillsDeck is not responsible for the availability, practices, or content of such third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillsDeck and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BillsDeck and its officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees from any claim, loss, liability, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all outstanding fees and obligations incurred prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law, conducted in the United States, under widely recognized arbitration rules.
