By accessing or using BillsDeck.com and any related products, services, websites, applications, or tools (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all terms, you must not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BillsDeck.com, including its affiliates (“BillsDeck”, “we”, “our”, “us”). When you use our Services, including by creating an account, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

BillsDeck provides software tools for expense tracking, document management, financial analysis, AI-powered insights, integrations, budget controls, reporting, reconciliation workflows, and related services. Services may be updated, enhanced, or modified over time at our discretion.

We may also offer different tiers of Services, including free and paid subscription plans.

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information if it changes.
• Use the Services only for lawful business or commercial purposes.

By registering an account, you authorize BillsDeck to process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. This includes:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring strong passwords and secure access practices.
• Providing accurate and complete information.
• Not sharing your credentials with unauthorized parties.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. BillsDeck is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials due to user negligence.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with platform security, infrastructure, or availability.
• Upload malicious code, harmful data, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

We process personal and financial data strictly for providing core services such as expense tracking, reconciliation, insights, and reporting.

• Data is processed only for specific, clear, and lawful purposes
• We collect only the minimum data required (data minimization)
• Automated systems, including AI, may analyze and categorize data
• We do not use your data for unrelated purposes without consent

We implement strong administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.

• Encryption in transit using HTTPS (TLS 1.2/1.3)
• Encryption at rest for databases and backups
• Access controls including RBAC and least privilege
• Secure infrastructure with monitoring and restricted access

While we follow industry best practices, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

• Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose
• Maximum retention period is 30 days based on your plan
• Users can request deletion at any time
• All deletion requests are processed within 48 hours

Once the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, data will be securely deleted.

By using the Services, you provide free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent for the collection and processing of your personal data for defined purposes.

BillsDeck is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their data handling practices.

All intellectual property related to the Services remains owned by BillsDeck or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

If you have any concerns regarding your personal data or this policy, you may contact our grievance officer at support@billsdeck.com. We will acknowledge and address your concerns within a reasonable time as required under applicable law.

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware of such data being collected without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillsDeck is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BillsDeck from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

We may update Services or these Terms at any time.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on your jurisdiction.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.
